TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The application of Kelab Upin & Ipin membership is open ONLY for Malaysia citizen.

2. The application fee is RM15.00 for ONE year and renewal price are RM10.00, inclusive of 0% GST. Not including postage charges for application via online.

3. If the card is loss or damage, the payment of RM15.00 will be charged for replacement of new card and membership number.

4. The membership card is non-transferable.

5. Any personal data information given is only for membership purposes and will not be shared with other parties unless our authorized insurance company.

6. The previous 10% discount for merchandise purchase has been canceled and been replaced by the collecting points system for every merchandise purchase have been activated starting 1 October 2017.

7. Any exchange of information should be informed to the management of Kelab Upin & Ipin in order to avoid any inconvenience.

8. Insurance is only valid for the person registered on the membership card only. Not applicable for other family members. 

9. For any insurance claims, please contact us directly and we will help you with the process.

10. The management (LC Merchandising Sdn Bhd) of Kelab Upin & Ipin reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms, conditions and other privileges associated with Kelab Upin & Ipin without prior notice.

 

*Note:

1. We will only deliver the membership card once the payment has been made and when we receive the payment details (e.g: transaction reference number) or the payment slip.

2. Once the registration has been placed, you cannot cancel it online. To make a change or to cancel your registration, please contact us directly.

3. If the membership card has already been dispatched, the refund will not be available.

4. The management (LC Merchandising Sdn Bhd) of Kelab Upin & Ipin reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms, conditions and other privileges associated with Kelab Upin & Ipin without prior notice.
